Dr. Moorehouse is known for setting a higher standard of emergency medicine in Alabama. He has been board certified in Emergency Medicine since 1983, and has served on many committees for the advancement of medicine during his career. Dr. Moorehouse served for several years as the Chairman of the ECC Committee of the AL Chapter of the American Heart Association. Some of the most recent committees include the State Trauma Committee, the Medical Executive Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee at Baptist Medical Center South and EPIC Risk Management Medical Malpractice Board of Directors. Dr. Moorehouse received the UAB EM Clinical Instructor Award for 2007-2008 & 2010-2011.

Dr. Rios joined ER Med in 1998. He is residency Trained and Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, he holds a Master in Medical Management from Tulane University and is a Certified Physician Executive by the American College of Physician Executives. He has served as Chairman of Quality and Credentials fro Baptist Medical Center South (BMCS) and is the immediate past Chief of Staff for BMCS. Dr. Rios is a current member of MASA State Trauma Committee and has served as a Board Member of EDPMA. Dr. Rios is the author of the genesis of the Physician Advisory Leader Group (PALG) and the Physician Executive Leader Group (PEL) which is responsible for identifying and developing physician leaders across all specialties for Baptist Health. Dr. Rios serves as the Smart Training Champion and is consultant to the Baptist Health Institute of Patient Safety and Medical Simulation. Dr. Rios is receiving the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE) Health Information Technology Award in November 2011 and is currently leading Baptist Health's system CPOE and CDS deployment. Dr. Rios has been reelected Chief Medical Staff for Baptist South.
Dr. Falero joined ER Med in 1984. He served as Chief of Medical Staff at Baptist Medical Center, East (BMCE) 2007-2008 and is Chief Staff Elect. He serves on several committees at BMCE such as Chairman of the QA/QI, Credentialing and Medical Executive Board and is the Emergency Department Chief. Dr. Falero is double boarded in Emergency Medicine and Family Practice and he successfully implements clinical pathways at various Emergency Departments. Dr. Falero is our Compliance Officer for Baptist East and Prattville.
Dr. Bradwell completed medical school and residency in Birmingham, AL, in 2001. He then joined ERMed and completed his Board Certification in Internal Medicine. Most recently, Dr. Bradwell completed Carnegie Mellon University's Masters of Medical Management program. Having served ERMed as a Medical Director since 2003, Dr. Bradwell currently serves on numerous committees across the Baptist Health System as Vice-Chairman of the E.D. at Baptist-East, Secretary/Treasurer of the medical staff at Baptist-South, and Chairman of Utilization Review at Baptist-South. He received teaching awards from the Family Medicine Residency in 2007 and 2008, and is a UAB Clinical Instructor of Medicine.
Dr. Boggs joined ER Med in 2007. She earned her Medical Degree at UAB and completed her residency training in 1990. She is board certified in Family Practice. Dr. Boggs had a successful private practice for 8 years and was Chief- of- Staff at Jackson Hospital from 1997-1998. After selling her practice in 2001, Dr. Boggs began a full-time career in Emergency Medicine as a Staff Physician and eventually Assistant Medical Director. Since joining ER Med, she has served on several committees such ad Medical Executive and now serves as Medical Director at Prattville Baptist Hospital.
