AERAS has a longstanding commitment with hospital partners and physicians.

AERAS is a regional group of Emergency Medicine Specialists that was founded 30 years ago with a continued commitment to quality emergency care with local physician leadership. Today the Practice consists of three emergency departments, which covers the Montgomery/Prattville Baptist Health System with total ED visits approaching 100,000. AERAS is actively involved in developing a trauma service at the Baptist Medical Center South location and is newly affiliated with University of Alabama, Birmingham.

Our operations development over the last few years has proven to be invaluable to the practice as we face new healthcare challenges from provider enrollment to compliance requirements. Healthcare is a local issue and is best served by providers who are c ommitted to local community practice. Our greatest asset has been our ability to combine solid local physician groups and a management team with the reinforcement of strategic partners to strengthen the local group/hospital relationship
